Delivery & Returns

Delivery charge for 1st Class recorded is £2.50, no matter how many items you order !!

If you are requesting a special request bespoke item then we aim to dispatch within 14 days depending on the request. A full timescale will be given prior to ordering and photos of the piece will be sent before payment is required. Unfortunately we are not able to offer a refund on special request creations.

Returns

Although we are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, should you wish to return any item, you may do so within 7 days of receipt, in original condition, all labels intact in a saleable condition for an exchange or refund (excluding postal charges).
